Alamon Milk is a leading retail company in the food and health supplement industry. Previously, the brand relied entirely on marketplace platforms for sales, but the rising operational costs—reaching IDR 1.2 billion per year—became unsustainable. High commission fees, limited brand control, and dependency on third-party platforms pushed Alamon Milk to seek a more cost-effective and strategic solution. To address this challenge, we developed a fully customized e-commerce website that allowed them to migrate marketplace customers seamlessly to their own platform.
